Pray for Merivale Chang and her family as they grieve the loss of her father. Praise God that he responded to the gospel, and pray that the family will continue to find their hope and confidence in God.

Praise God for a number of new students attending STEP Welcome Night last Saturday. Pray that God will use STEP to continue to welcome and integrate new students into our community.

Pray that God will grant us relief from the pandemic and for wise decisions from those in leadership.

Pray for the frontline health workers in the battle against the pandemic.


Jonathan James (AEFI)

  • Pray for Jonathan as he shares God’s Word in two churches on 9 & 23 August.

  • Pray for the new leadership structure in the work of AEFI. It is a new season, please pray that the leaders may sense the leading of the Lord.

  • Pray for all the national gospel workers on different countries in South East Asia. Pray that people will know the Lord.

Paul Jamieson

Paul continues to minister at the Belvoir Street Baptist church in Surrey Hills, Sydney.

  • Praise the Lord he had many opportunities to share the Good News with people of different cultures and background. Some have come to faith in Christ and many are still searching for answers. Pray for good follow up.
  • Continue to pray for souls to come into God’s kingdom in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis.

North Korea

Recent news that Covid-19 has hit the nation. It is probably true the virus has been there for a while now. It is predicted there will be  severe food shortage this year due to poor yield of crops. Please pray for God’s mercy and grace on this nation. Pray for those who suffered greatly because of the Name of Jesus.
