  • Transform4Life
    Transform4Life exists to provide care for those who are emotionally wounded. The organisation’s mission is to care for those who suffer from the emotional, psychological, and spiritual wounding experiences.
  • Centre for Theology and Psychology (CTP)
    CTP aims to build resilience and well-being among Christian leaders through the integration of theology and psychology. CTP equips Christian leaders who participate in Christ’s action in this world with transformative skills and tools to grow and nurture healthy communities.

Resources for Anxiety

  • ARCVIC – Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria
    ARCVic specialises in support, information, educational and recovery services for people and families affected by obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), OCD spectrum disorders including trichotillomania and body dysmorphic disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder and agoraphobia, generalised anxiety disorder, specific phobias, stress disorders, and childhood specific anxiety problems such as separation anxiety and school refusal. You can find their helpline on the website if you would like to chat with a trained volunteer (10am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday).
