What is Alpha?

The Alpha course consists of a series of talks looking at topics such as:

  • “What is the meaning of life?”,
  • “What happens when we die?”, and
  • “Who is Jesus?”

After each talk, we divide into small groups to dig deeper and to ask questions. The small groups give you a chance to get to know each other and also discuss issues raised in the talks.

Who is Alpha for?

Alpha is for anyone who is interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. It particularly caters for:

  • Those wanting to investigate Christianity
  • Newcomers to the church
  • New Christians
  • Christians who want to brush up on the basics

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to join Alpha and find out more about Jesus and Christianity.
